Cleaning for Health
Not all cleaning is equal. Cleaning removes dirt, debris and many germs from surfaces. Sanitizing reduces germs to levels considered safe under applicable public-health standards. Disinfecting uses an EPA-registered product to kill specified viruses and bacteria when applied according to label directions and required dwell time. We use appropriate cleaning products for each surface and EPA-registered sanitizers or disinfectants when those services are included.

Fogging and misting can help distribute disinfectant across hard-to-reach surfaces. We use only EPA-registered products whose labels specifically permit the selected fogging or misting application method, following all coverage, contact-time and re-entry instructions.
