All Three Phases, Start to Finish
We handle every phase of the post-construction clean so your project stays on schedule and your space is move-in ready.
Phase 01
Phase 1 — Rough Clean
Performed while construction is still underway or just wrapping up. We remove large debris, sweep and vacuum all surfaces, clear out construction waste, and wipe down rough framing, windows, and fixtures to prepare the space for finish work.
Phase 02
Phase 2 — Detail Clean
The deep clean after all trades have finished. We remove dust from every surface — walls, ceilings, vents, light fixtures, and cabinets — scrub and sanitize restrooms and kitchens, clean windows and glass of paint overspray and smudges, remove stickers and protective film from appliances and fixtures, and vacuum and mop all floors.
Phase 03
Phase 3 — Final / Touch-Up Clean
Completed just before move-in, opening day, or the final walkthrough. We address any dust or marks that settled after the detail clean, polish hard surfaces and fixtures, perform a room-by-room inspection, and ensure the space is spotless and ready for occupancy.
